Individuals: I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance in Illinois and United Healthcare (included Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and UMR) and Aetna (including Meritain) in IL, FL, and CA.

Couples: I do not accept insurance for couples counseling, but your insurance may have out-of-network coverage, and you may be eligible for financing.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance, you can check your benefits through Thrizer, a company I partner with. Often, out-of-network benefits cover a significant portion of therapy costs.

Thrizer will instantly verify your out-of-network benefits, submit your out-of-network claims, and send reimbursements directly to your bank account.

Private-pay therapy allows for greater privacy, longer sessions, flexibility, and depth of care. Sessions are not shared with insurance companies, no diagnosis is required unless you request one, and treatment is guided by your goals—not insurance timelines.

Care is informed by advanced training and years of experience in specialized modalities such as EMDR, supporting deeper and more effective therapeutic work.

Credit & Debit Cards, HSA & FSA Cards, and Thrizer are accepted for payment. Financing is also available.

Insurance benefits will not cover therapy intensives that last several hours per day. You may be eligible for financing if that is a concern.

I see therapy clients online who are located in California, Illinois, and Florida.
